Organization Structure

Servanthood and Light Development Foundation (SELIDEF) has a defined structure including General Assembly, Executive Council (EC) and the Secretariat. The structure determines chain of command and hierarchy of responsibility within the organization. The General Assembly is the highest decision making organ approving policies and reviewing achievement and plans.

The Chairperson is the head of Secretariat and is responsible for the implementation of the programs and daily management of the activities

General Assembly

The Executive Council

The Executive Council is the representative organ of Servanthood and Light Development Foundation (SELIDEF) in which all States are represented. EC is the planning and policy implementing organ and it approves, directs and controls the implementation of the activities by the Secretariat. The Chairperson is the head of Secretariat and is responsible for the implementation of the programs and daily management of the activities

Servanthood and Light Development Foundation (SELIDEF) has more than 40 elders from the Federal Republic of Ethiopia, Republic of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania and the Republic of Uganda.

The secretariat

The secretariat is composed of 5 personnel, 3 male and 2 female, who are responsible for the daily running of the organization’s activities. The Servanthood and Light Development Foundation (SELIDEF)’s secretariat is recruited meritoriously from the member countries. Servanthood and Light Development Foundation (SELIDEF) has strong policies (Financial and HR systems) and procedure regarding different aspects of the organizations and operations.
